According to Mauricio Martínez, Project Manager of T6, the firm Diez + Muller Arquitectos placed special emphasis on capturing the essence of the construction company: “during the process of reviewing the facades, Semaica decided that it would move its offices to this new building and, therefore, Part of the requirement for the architects was the use of concrete in its façade, as it is the material par excellence of all our constructions ”, he explains.
